Our Correction Charter
We never silently edit factual claims. All substantive revisions to dates, demographic figures, participant testimonies, or legal findings are permanently logged with their corresponding archival source.
Updated the timeline of events leading up to the 1984 bioterror attack. A previous version conflated the dates of two separate city council meetings.
Added new academic citations from the 2023 sociological review of new religious movements regarding the demographic makeup of early sannyasins.
Clarified the legal distinction between the charges brought against Ma Anand Sheela and Osho in 1985 to better reflect court records.
